Abstract submitted for oral and poster presentations should be submitted thorugh email or fax to the Chairman of the Technical Committee.

The deadline for submissions is 15th April 2009. The abstract will be reviewed by the Technical Committee, which will communicate to the corresponding author about the acceptance either for oral or poster presentation together with the format of the extended abstract through email by 1st June 2009. The due date for sending the full paper is 1st August 2009. The standard presentation time for oral presentation is 20 minutes, including discussion / questions and answers.

Poster size for display: maximum size of 130 cm width and 95 cm height.
