FULL PAPER
The text should not exceed 1,500 words or about 3 (A4) pages typed using 12 point Arial with single spacing including Tables, illustrations and references. The extended abstract should be divided into the following sections:
(a) An abstract of approximately 150 words embodying the main conclusion and giving the essential information. It should be intelligible without reference to the paper itself;
(b) Introduction - should give the aim of the investigation and a brief statement of previous relevant work with references;
(c) Materials and Methods - only new techniques need to be described in detail but known methods must have adequate reference;
(d) Results - concise with clarity;
(e) Discussion - usually interprets the result;
(f) Conculsions - should not merely repeat points made in the preceding sections;
(g) Acknowledgement - should be kept to the absolute minimum; and
(h) References - should be cited in the text by the author and date and must be listed at the end of the paper, with the names of authors arranged alphabetically, titles of papers given, and title of journal should be abbreviated. Do not list more than 15 references.
CONFERENCE PROCEDDINGS
The oral and poster abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings. The deadline for submission of abstracts will be strictly enforced to ensure timely publication. Abstracts received after the due date will not be included in the proceedings. All participants will be provided with a copy of the conference proceedings and a CD containing the proceedings in the form of extended abstract.
